Alice L. Phillips, 87

    Alice L. Phillips, 87, of Ten Mile, Tn., formerly of the Elverton Community, passed away Saturday evening, Feb. 18, 2012 at the Parkwest Hospital.  
    She was of the Baptist Faith.
    Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her husband, Ray R. Phillips.  
    Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Sheila and Willard Crabtree of Ten Mile and Peggy and Bob Bandy of Maryville; four grandchildren, Brenda Collins, Tressa Burbaun, Steve Newby and Tina Newby; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other friends and relatives.
    Graveside services were held Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 at 2 p.m. in Midway Cemetery, Ten Mile, Tn. with Rev. Henry Anderson officiating.
    Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg was in charge of arrangements.
