McCartts ‘disappointed’ that trial didn’t go forward

To the Editor,
    The McCartt’s were disappointed on Jan. 23rd when Chancellor Williams did not allow the trial to go forward to open up the Farley Davis Road.
    This is the only road left that connects Mill Creek and Scott County on the Mill Creek Side.
    There are thousands of acres of property that this road runs through and these property owners some as being listed in this law suite with more laying back watching what happens. They need this road as much or more than the McCartt’s do.
