To the Editor:
    After reading Mrs. Marilyn Newport’s concern for the small town of Sunbright, we are wondering what the mayor and staff’s salaries are and what year did the job of mayor go from being an unpaid to paid position?
    Mrs. Newport made some good points and I share her view of how sad it is to see such a small town wither away. It doesn’t appear much is being done in the way of economical development and progress in Sunbright nor has it in years from what town folk say.
