Wartburg teams end season in Area Tourney

LENOIR CITY—Wartburg’s trip to the Area 4 Small Division Basketball Tournament ended with both teams falling in the first round Saturday at Lenoir City.
    The #6-seed Wartburg Lady Bulldogs dropped a 27-22 decision to #3-seed Harriman, while the #4-Bulldogs fell to #5-seed Midway 38-23. In both games, Wartburg failed to score in the opening quarter.
GIRLS GAME
    The Wartburg Lady Bulldogs saw their season come to a close with a narrow 27-22 loss to Harriman.
