Season comes to an end

    COALFIELD—Coalfield used a 28-point explosion in the fourth quarter to rally from 17 points down to defeat Jellico back nearly three months ago. The Jackets erupted for 28 points in the final period of their first-round District 4-A Tournament battle Thursday night, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Jellico’s Cody Malicoat, who dropped in 41 points, to lead the Blue Devils to a 70-59 triumph.
